TERMS OF SERVICE

• BLACKLIST

1) You are not allowed to use my artwork for commercial use or monetary gain. If you do so without my explicit permission, you will be blacklisted.2) You may not copy, trace, or heavily modify my art (unless you explicitly commission me for the purpose of using the artwork as a base.)3) My artwork may not be used by anyone besides the commissioner / owner of the character(s) drawn.4) I reserve the right to refuse any commissioner if you are rude or fail to follow my terms.5) Please properly credit me when you use the artwork in any circumstance! If you remove my watermark and/or claim credit for the piece, you will be blacklisted.6) Please complete the form when commissioning me.7) The amount of time it takes for me to complete your commission may vary, so please do be patient with me! I regularly take anywhere between a few days / weeks and a few months. If it takes an abnormal amount of time to show you progress after you have paid (6+ months away from purchase) a partial refund will be offered.8) On the same note, I will likely avoid taking commissions with a deadline. This adds too much stress to me and may cause me to rush the final product. My apologies!9) I will provide updates throughout the entire process of drawing. If you wish for anything to be changed, please specify what and if you request a change when the commission is near complete, additional costs may be applied.10) I will not complete your commission until you have paid in full. In the case a payment plan has been discussed I will offer to do a sketch between updates11) I accept primarily USD as payment for my artwork via PayPal, Cashapp, and Ko-Fi, and in rare cases, in game items or currencies. I will advertise if I am seeking payment besides USD; otherwise, I will not accept offers of alternative payment.12) When commissioning, please specify what form of payment you will be using.13) Refunds will not be offered after the commission is complete.14) I WILL NOT DO ARTWORK RELATING TO NFTS NOR DO I CONDONE MY WORK BEING USED FOR NFTS. YOU WILL BE BLOCKED.15) I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY ARTWORK BEING USED FOR OR TO TRAIN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) ARTWORK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.16) Any personal information that I may collect from you will never be exploited and will always be confidential and kept private between me (the artist) and you (the consumer). I may collect information such as your email address, social media profiles, and your first and last name. I will never use any of your private information without your consent.

PLEASE NOTE: I no longer offer clean lineart as an option. Everything will have cleaned up sketch lineart, or rarely clean depending on how I feel. If I choose to do clean it will not cost extra!SHADING: +$20

REFERENCE SHEETS
$150-$250
Price will change depending on additions wanted / requested to the ref sheet. The minimum price of $150 will come with 2 fullbodies (front and back view), a headshot, paw view (if requested), text / information relating to the character and some custom items.
If additional changes are requested (extra detailed fullbodies, alternate color pallets, NSFW alts, clothing references, etc), the price may exceed $250; though when discussing a reference sheet commission I will always quote the final piece before I begin the work.
